I am an AHPRA registered psychologist who has worked with adults in forensic, community, private practice and mental health settings. I have extensive experience with young adults with complex and challenging behaviours who have been in contact with the criminal justice system.<\/p>\n

I have experience with clients from diverse backgrounds, including complex trauma, neurodiversity and mood disorders. I have extensive experience in developing and delivering training to organisations and professionals in Victoria working around complex client presentations, staff wellbeing and vicarious trauma.<\/p>\n

As a psychologist, I have had the privilege of speaking at prestigious events, such as the International Criminal Justice Conference at Federation Square in Melbourne, and internationally at the Prato 2023 conference on Stronger Trajectories, Safer Communities: Improving welfare, mental health, and legal responses to crime. <\/p>\n

These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the intersection of psychology, criminal justice, and community well-being. Through these engagements, I have been able to contribute to important discussions and initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support, fostering safer communities, and improving legal responses to crime.<\/p>\n

At The Mind Matters Bayside we offer individual therapeutic supports including psychotherapy; clinical assessment and diagnosis. We also provide professional supports in the form of provisions, reflective practice, consultation, and training for professionals including organisations. Our work together is evidence-based, collaborative, progressive and personalised, utilising Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I take an integrated approach with consideration to the individual\u2019s needs. My areas of interest are emotional distress, trauma, attachment difficulties, personality problems, and ADHD.
I provide an open and calm space to explore and treat mental health concerns, and assist in self-exploration, insight and personal growth. My approach is non-judgmental, and I enjoy working with clients collaboratively to help them achieve their goals. <\/p>\n
